Bad Zwischenahn, Deutschland - In the heart of Oldenburg, police head Heinz Schevel was retired after more than 45 years in the police service. His impressive career as head of the Bad Zwischenahn police commissioner lasted more than a decade in which he significantly shaped the area through prudence and experience. At the ceremonial farewell, companions, colleagues and representatives of local institutions who thanked him for his tireless efforts.
"With his calm manner and many years of experience, Heinz Schevel not only successfully managed the police commissioner, but also strengthened the trust of the citizens," said police president Andreas Sagehorn in his speech. Schevel entered the police service in 1979 and took over the management of the Bad Zwischenahn police commissioner in 2013.
