VfR Aalen has won again in the current league season and remains undefeated. With a narrow 1-0 over the TSG Backnang, the team under coach Petar Kosturkov is at the top of the events. The encounter took place in Rohrwang at home, where the teams presented themselves in a rather waiting game mode for the first 45 minutes.

After the temperatures on this hot day exceeded the 30 degree mark, the first drinking break quickly became a need. The spectators saw some approaches on both sides, but real portrait chances were difficult to find. The first noteworthy option was for the guests from Backnang due to an energetic attack, which was defused by Aalens Odabas at the last moment.
