Chaos after ATM blasting: Sparkasse Borken fights for service!
In the Stadtsparkasse Schwalmstadt-Borken, there was a dramatic demolition of two ATMs in the early Wednesday morning, which caused considerable damage to the infrastructure. The bank warns of temporary restrictions on the services, since cash payments via the machines in Borken are not possible until further notice. However, customers can withdraw up to 200 euros free of charge from machines from other savings banks or in shops such as Aldi, Lidl and net. The nearest ATMs are located in Fritzlar, Bad Zwesten, Frielendorf and Wabern.
The Sparkasse continues to offer SafeBag solutions for cash deposits, but the coin money acceptance for private customers is currently being discontinued. Consultations take place as usual, but customers must appear at the back entrance of the Sparkasse. While all self-service devices are out of operation, transfers can be made online or by phone via the customer service center. The main branch in Treysa remains fully open and can be reached by phone. The Sparkasse is working intensively to restore the company as soon as possible, and thanks the helpers on site, as NH24.de reports .
