An 88-year-old pedestrian was slightly injured on Friday afternoon when she tried to cross the street without using the nearby pedestrian traffic lights. Instead, she dared to cross the street for a few meters and overlooked a slowly moving Ford, directed by a 44-year-old woman.
The impact was violent! The older lady crashed into the left side of the vehicle and fell to the ground. Fortunately, she only suffered minor injuries and was immediately taken to the hospital with an ambulance. The driver remained intact, but the Ford caused property damage of around 500 euros.
