An extraordinary musical performance took place in the intimate atmosphere of the Rockelfingen cemetery church. Under the direction of the talented church musician Christian Rott at the piano, the soloists Stephanie Weltrich-Streit, Brigitte Auer, Markus Kunzendorfer and Peter Bisaha presented the impressive Beethoven fair. This concert is a highlight in the series of the Wartenberg anniversary concerts on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the church.

The selection of the pieces and the performance in this intimate room situation raised the performance to a special experience. Church musician Rott sought to give music a new dimension in this rural environment. The unique interpretation of Beethoven's works delighted the audience, especially the extraordinary voices of the soloists.

A special soundscape was created by the performance of the 14th piano sonata of Beethoven, also known as the "moonlight sonata". The concert reached its peak with a soulful interpretation of the "Sanctus", which contains the famous topic of the 4th sentence, which later became a European anthem. The evening was rounded off with the powerful "do it Peter", matching the name day of Peter and Paul. Those present, including many passionate Beethoven lovers, donated standing ovation for this extraordinary performance.
