Migrant grouping in Ostritz: Federal Police raises the alarm!

On the evening of October 21, 2024, four migrants were taken up in Ostritz without valid residence papers. The federal police stated the three Somalier, at the age of 15, 16 and 17, and a 25-year Yemenite at 6:45 p.m. during a check. All four had entered Poland on foot and had no documents to legitimize their stay.

After the arrest, the young Somalians were handed over to the youth welfare office of the Görlitz district, while the Yemenit was forwarded to an initial reception facility.
