Spectacular traffic accident in Hildesheim: driver escapes to chaos!

In the early morning of October 31, 2024, a spectacular traffic accident occurred in Hildesheim. A red Mercedes C-Class, led by a person from Hildesheim, lost control when the Berlin roundabout was driven on and ran out several obstacles, including curbs and green spaces. Despite this violent collision, the chaotic journey continued over Senator-Braun-Allee and Goslarsche Straße in the direction of Immengarten, with the Mercedes also damaging the road surface.

The vehicle first crossed the street at the intent in the Immengarten / Goschentor, drove over the sidewalk and navigated dangerously between trees and street lamps before it collided over a staircase and finally collided with a parked car. Fortunately, no other people were injured. A witness followed the vehicle and alerted the police who found no person in or on the car when they arrived. However, later a person returned to the scene of the accident and claimed to have driven the car.
