Horror in Krefeld: mother killed by violent crimes

Krefeld (NRW)-In the heart of the downtown Krefeld, a little more reminds of Nadia N. A black sibling buggy is carefree next to the front door, children's drawings adorn the house wall-relics of everyday life that ended when Nadia was brutally robbed of her life.

In the early morning hours on Friday, around three o'clock, screams broke through the silence of ham. They started from the blue apartment building and the neighborhood awakened in the middle of the night. Nadia N., only 31 years old, was bleeding through the hallway on the ground floor, where she finally collapsed. A tragic race against time began: emergency doctors and paramedics arrived minutes later, but despite desperate life preservation measures, they could not save Nadia's life. She still succumbed to her injuries at the scene.

The suspicion of having committed the cruel deed immediately fell on her partner, Akhtar A. (29). According to reports, eyewitnesses found him crying on the steps of the staircase. The police immediately arrested him and took him to the hospital. According to information, the crime in the shared apartment is said to have happened, in which her two little sons (1 and 4 years old) also lived. Nadia apparently fled to the hallway in front of her tormentor, where she collapsed.

It is unclear whether the children had to watch the terrible act. An eyewitness reported that the apartment was smeared by the blood, and the children's clothing also had traces of blood. The two boys were temporarily looked after by neighbors until the youth welfare office took them into his care.
