The latest SUV from Cupra bears the sonorous name Terramar and comes up with an exciting design and innovative features. With a length of 4.52 meters, it offers enough space for five inmates. Technically, the terramar is based in many aspects on the well-known VW Tiguan, which underlines the approach of the Seat subsidiary, to combine proven concepts with fresh wind. There are no more precise price information, but the sister models indicate that a price of around 40,000 euros could be realistic.

The exterior design of the terramar impresses with its sleek lines, which give the vehicle a dynamic look. In the interior, Cupra relies on the digital revolution: larger screens and a further developed head-up display should raise the driving experience to a new level. Ecologically conscious buyers will also be delighted to hear that numerous sustainable materials are used in the interior. There is also the possibility to choose some variants with all -wheel drive, which offers additional flexibility and safety on the street.

Despite the focus on conventional drives, Cupra also offers two plug-in hybrid options for the terramar. These hybrids are equipped with a powerful buffer battery that offers a capacity of almost 20 kWh and enables the terramar to drive up to 100 kilometers purely electrically. The system performance of the hybrid is 150 kW (204 hp) or 200 kW (272 hp). This represents a bridge for those who want to be more environmentally friendly without having to do without the flexibility of an SUV.
