progress despite obstacles: The construction of the Rhein-Lahn hospice sets signs in the community

In the city of Nassau, work tirelessly is being worked on on an important social project, despite unexpected setbacks. The construction of the Rhein-Lahn Hospice, which in the past few weeks had stalled through the bankruptcy of the general contractor in Industriebau Hoff & Partner GmbH from Gronau, is now picking up speed.

new partner for an important task

With the takeover of the construction management by the "Planning Group 4" (P4), an engineering office from Boppard, those responsible show that challenges can be mastered. Architect Michael Ganz said that the P4 team quickly learned about the situation and was able to set priorities to breathe life into the project again. "We had to reorganize our capacities to be able to step in, because our order books are actually full," says.

a few months full of hope

The new approach and the commitment of everyone involved make it clear how important the hospice is for the region. Martin Schencking, the initiator of the project and chair of the association, is optimistic. After around seven weeks of standstill, work is now being carried out diligently on the construction site. This is not only a sign of hope for the construction work, but also a ray of hope for the future of palliative care in the region.

a common goal: support for the community

The importance of the hospice goes beyond construction. It offers an essential space for people in difficult phases of life. It shows how important it is to support yourself in the community and to be solidarity with those who need help. The residents look forward to progress with pleasure, since a hospice service can also improve the quality of life in Nassau.

a new glimmer of hope

The commitment of P4 and the association makes it clear that the community is ready to pull together together. Despite the challenges, the continuation of the work on the hospice sets a sign that you can also emerge from crisis situations.

The completion of the Rhein-Lahn hospice is not only a success for the partners involved, but also a symbol that hope and solidarity live in the community in times of uncertainty.
