A tragic traffic accident occurred on Saturday afternoon in the region around Quedlinburg when a 60-year-old driver lost his life after a serious overtaking maneuver. The accident occurred at 3:44 p.m. on the L66 state road, when the driver was traveling from the Quedlinburg-Ost junction towards Wedderstedt, a small district of the municipality of Selke-Aue in the Harz district.
