The past weekend series in the Stormarn district unfortunately brought some burglaries in Ahrensburg. In the streets "Am Birkenhain" and "Finkenweg", single -family houses were the goal of unknown perpetrators.

At the house in the street "Am Birkenhain", the burglars violently penetrated through an ground floor window. The incident occurred between July 5, 2024 (Friday) and July 7, 2024 (Sunday) at 4:30 p.m. After the penetration, the living rooms were searched, looking for valuables.

In the "Finkenweg", the perpetrators came to the house through a violently open balcony door on the upper floor. The period of the break -in was limited between July 6, 2024 (Saturday) at 6:00 p.m. and July 7, 2024 (Sunday) at 6:30 p.m. Here, too, the rooms were searched for valuables.

The amount of the damage and the type of stolen property currently has no information. The local police ask for the population.

If someone has observed suspicious persons or vehicles in the streets mentioned in the specified periods, information is urgently requested. Register with the Ahrensburg criminal police on 04102/809-0.
