New fire brigade talents in Kirchheim: Twelve young people pass exam with flying colors
tittmoning/Kirchheim and Traunstein district recently witnesses of an important milestone for the local fire brigade youth. Twelve committed young firefighters have demonstrated their skills and successfully completed the coveted youth performance badge. The joy of the test subjects was unmistakable, a moment that expressed both pride and relief.
Wochen Intensive training and preparations, the participants now received the reward of their efforts. The badge, which was presented to the young fire brigade by the referees of the Traunstein district fire brigade association, symbolizes not only a formal recognition, but also the dedication and knowledge they have acquired. The passage of the exam required both theoretical knowledge and practical skills tested in various exams.

Numerous skills were required as part of the exam. This included creating an important mast throw, the knot of a rescue rope and the secure attachment of a fire brigade line to the jet tube. In addition, in the test, the test subjects had to demonstrate their skills when it comes to ejecting a C-hose and a precise target throw with a fire brigade line.
The examiners also asked the young firefighters to use two suction hoses correctly and cleverly connect a jet tube to the right hose. Another element of the exam was the target reliability when using a bucket syringe. To prove sporty fitness, the coupling of a 90 meter long hose line was required. The theoretical knowledge was evaluated in a questionnaire that covers essential foundations.
Kirchheim's commander Christoph Thalbauer looked back proudly on the performance of the test subjects: "We have completed part of the preparatory exercises together, and I am proud to say that everyone has concluded with excellent results." Eight participants belonged to the Kirchheim fire brigade, while three test subjects from Tittmoning and another fire brigade candidate from Kirchanschöring came. In addition, a young firefighter, Luca Genschel, who was unable to take part in his own fire brigade due to difficulties of dates, was successfully examined in Kirchheim. "We are pleased that we could give him the opportunity to practice and pass it here," explained youth manager Philomena Zeltsperger.

The awarding of the badges took place after about an hour and a half, and the names of the successful test subjects were called with enthusiasm. Benedikt Stockhammer, Luca Hofmeister, Xaver Gramsamer, Felix Förg, Theresa Huber, Ronja Dandl, Zoë von Westernhagen and Anika Dandl could be happy, as did Sophia Schuster, Antony Naus, Christoph Ziegler and Luca Genschel. Anika Dandl, who completed all the parts of the test without errors and received an extra applause, was particularly emphasized.
The first well -wishers were the second deputy commander of Kirchheim, Kathrin Winkler, and Philomena Zeltsperger who supported the exam. Tittonings 1. Mayor Andreas Bratzdrum was enthusiastic and praised the diligence and the commitment of the young people: "I am extremely pleased that you have successfully mastered all the tasks." Other municipal representatives and commanders from the region also took the opportunity to get an idea of the performance level of the young rescuers.

Christoph Thalauer concluded the official part of the event with the words: "Put God to the community for the invitation to the common snack."
