The city of Tuttlingen is again the focus of attention, while it wants to assert herself in the current season of urban cycling. Since participation in 2018, Tuttlingen has established itself as one of the leading competitors and has already received numerous awards.

The way to the Best Radstadt

The main competitor, the city of Leer in East Frisia, only begins its own actions in September, where a total of 607,000 kilometers came together in 2023. So the tension is preserved until the end of the month. According to a message from the city of Tuttlingen, it will only be found at the end of the competition whether the winning streak can be continued.

The city bike is organized by the climate alliance, a network of 2,000 European cities that endeavor to reconcile local engagement with global responsibility. The initiative aims to address the influence of a western lifestyle on endangered peoples and regions and to strengthen the awareness of climate protection.
