In Ulm there is exciting news in the restaurant area: Seyid Gümüstan takes over the culinary management in the Best Western Atrium Plus Hotel. He will not only be responsible for the restaurant 100 degrees, but also the well-known "boiling point", which was wearing a Michelin star until January this year. In addition, Gümüstan will be responsible for the culinary development of the "Siedepunkt Achtwerkstatt" cooking school.
since September 2022, Seyid Gümüstan has already been working for the hotel and, as a sous boss, has contributed significantly to maintain the coveted Michelin star for the "boiling point". At the same time, he worked 100 degrees as a chef in the restaurant. With his many years of experience in best houses in Ulm and the surrounding area, he knows the expectations of the guests.
The CEO of Scotty + Friends, Holger Behrens, is pleased with the new line -up: "We are enthusiastic that Mr. Gümüstan will accept this challenge and will develop the culinary offer of our hotel.
