Christian Wankmüller, a 34-year-old paramedic from Klagenfurt, is known for his unshakable use in emergencies. His experiences range from life -threatening situations to complex coordination tasks for bomb threats.

Over the years, he has completed various training courses and has developed both professionally and on a voluntary basis. Today he is the deputy head and finance officer of the Klagenfurt district office, specialist for research and innovation at the state level as well as first responder and head of operations.
His passion for science is also reflected in his research work, in which he examines how defibrillators can be transported into remote areas by drone.

Time is a scarce resource for Wankmüller, which is also active as an EU program coordinator of the State of Carinthia and shares his knowledge with students. Despite his full schedule, he continues to make a lot of volunteering and hopes for a collegial and friendly cooperation with his colleagues.
