On Sunday evening, October 27, 2024, a 57-year-old man was surprised by the residents at the break-in into an apartment on Gießenbachstrasse in Rosenheim. The Croatian suspect tried to get into the building over the patio door when he met the returning homeowners and escaped panically through the adjacent garden. He fell and remained injured.
