Mental load in everyday life: Workshop for parents in Stralsund!
The Stralsund City Library and the Local Alliance for Family invite you to an revealing workshop on the subject of mental load. This workshop, which is aimed at parents, illuminates the invisible tasks and thoughts that occur in everyday life, from the organization of family life to coping with daily challenges. The experienced speaker Katja Schlomann, a mother of two herself, will help the participants to recognize the causes of their overload and to develop effective strategies to reduce these stress.
The workshop will take place on November 8th and December 6th from 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. in the Stralsund City Library and is free of charge. The content includes insights into the concept of the mental load, causes and trigger for overload as well as practical mindfulness exercises. The target group are mothers and fathers who feel overwhelmed by the variety of invisible tasks.
